THE OFFICE

The office
The office is considered an independent department in the university system. According to the statute of the university, reports directly to the rector. The department was founded in July 2018, the department’s activity is based on the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and on the charter of the university. Head of the department is a person appointed by the decree of the rector.
Department history
From August 15, 2018 until today, the department is headed by Arzikulov Zayniddin Kuzibaevich. From the time of its’ founding, the department deals with the maintenance, storage, generation and registration of documents. Electronic work in the department is under the program "E-document".

4. Organization of the use and storage of finally completed documents.

 •    Employees are admitted to the department on the recommendation of the head of the department.
