Frequently asked questions

Graduates who have received paid-contract education at higher educational institutions at their own expense may voluntarily participate in the distribution commission and, with its consent, be sent to work at the proposed jobs by the commission's decision. In this case, the distribution of graduates is carried out by the distribution commission of the higher educational institution, approved by the rector of the higher educational institution.
For local applicants:
- Bachelor's degree in full-time education – 24,000,000 soums
- Bachelor's degree in distance education – 15,000,000 soums
- Master's degree in specializations – 28,000,000 soums
Starting from the 2024/2025 academic year, the university has introduced a distance learning format, and classes will be held online via the LMS platform. Only final exams will be submitted to the university during the winter and summer semesters.
Talented students studying at our university have the opportunity to study in foreign countries, including China, Japan, European countries, Turkey, Italy, France, and other countries through grant programs and exchange programs based on cooperation agreements. In addition, senior students undergo internships in the tourism sector in countries such as Germany and Turkey through the Work & Travel program, in order to develop themselves as competitive personnel in the future.
Education is based on international educational standards, and classes are conducted entirely in English by local professors and teachers who have graduated from foreign universities and are invited from foreign countries.
Documents showing your academic transcripts (transcript) and national and international certificates (minimum B2 level) showing your level of English language proficiency can be submitted online through the https://transfer.edu.uz platform from July 15 to August 5, 2025, by submitting an online application and taking tests.
They can study in Uzbek and Russian through distance learning.
Only applicants with a national and international certificate level in English (B2 and above) registered with the Ministry of Justice under No. 3515 on May 29, 2024, can register.
