The library of the "Silk Road" International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage currently has 14,394 titles in 28,751 copies (textbooks 114 titles in 184 copies, teaching aids 305 titles in 345 copies, scientific literature) 559 titles in 1859 copies, fiction 1010 titles in 1793 copies, foreign literature 11,657 titles in 21,354 copies, other literature 502 titles in 2730 copies, dictionaries 91 titles in 97 copies, political literature 156 titles in 389 copies).

The members of IRC are 98 professors and teachers, 817 students, 95 masters, 12 doctoral students and 109 staff, the average usage rate of students is 80%, the usage rate of professors is 70%, the daily usage is 80-90.

The literature in the library is modern, meets the needs of today and represents foreign and domestic literature created over the past 5-10 years. Most of the foreign literature was created by universities included in the "TOP-1000" of international rankings.

Students have access to modern electronic resources and online databases.

The library provides free access to international databases such as Scopus and Springer Nature. The university library has 24 desks for students, 15 soft cushions and high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access, which is available 24 hours a day.

In addition, the functions and tasks of the electronic catalog "Atrium" registration of teachers, staff, students and external users of the university, registration of all literature using the Dewey Decimal Classification and also for each user a separate personal account is created and the electronic catalog "Atrium Book System" provides each user with their own library code. This account code allows readers to register books in electronic form and receive them for a certain period of time. All data is sent and received to the email address of each registered user. It is very easy and convenient to find out in which room, on which shelf, in which hall the books are located. Librarians are fined for overdue books, and these fines are supposed to be used for the development of the library. In addition, readers can remotely find the book they need in the library through the OPAC department using specially assigned codes, reserve it in their name, and when they have time, come to the library and pick up the reserved book from the reserve.

The Representative Office of the People's Republic of China in Uzbekistan donated a device (a special scanner) to the "Silk Road" International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage to create an electronic version of all literature available in the library and to replenish the library's electronic database.

Currently, the library of the "Silk Road" International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage uses the Unilibrary.uz website the only database of electronic books created by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, and the university library contains 1900 titles of teaching aids, scientific literature, textbooks and fiction.
