On October 9 of this year, a “Parents’ Congress” was held at our university for the parents of first-year students studying in the field of Translation Studies.
This event was organized to provide detailed information about the educational process and the conditions created for students, as well as to establish effective communication between the university administration and parents.
The congress was attended by the university administration, the dean of the faculty, professors and lecturers, and the parents of first-year students. During the event, parents were given detailed information about the curriculum, the credit-modular system, student life, their rights and responsibilities, dormitory conditions, as well as the activities of clubs and student circles.
Parents had the opportunity to closely familiarize themselves with the buildings where their children study, the library, sports halls, and dormitories. They expressed their satisfaction with the conditions provided and conveyed their sincere gratitude to the university administration.
The event was significant due to the open and constructive dialogue that took place.
