A psychological training session was held at our university with the participation of first-year students within the framework of the “Meeting between Students and the Psychologist” initiative.
The main purpose of this meeting was to gain a deeper understanding of students’ inner world, identify and strengthen their emotional state, academic motivation, and overall well-being.
During the training, special attention was paid to helping students feel comfortable, express their thoughts openly, and develop skills of active listening and mutual understanding.
Throughout the session, each participant had the opportunity to freely share their thoughts and emotions, engaging in sincere and friendly communication.
Psychologist D. Turdiyeva conducted the session in a warm and positive atmosphere, offering students valuable advice on increasing life motivation, developing positive thinking, and enhancing self-awareness.
Such meetings serve not only as a source of psychological relief for students but also as an important step toward personal development, positive mindset formation, and improving communication skills within a team.
