Language proficiency: Proficiency in Uzbek or Russian is required.

Computer literacy: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software, the ability to use the internet and social networks, as well as practical skills in working online.
Candidates must be able to work with the Hemis platform.

Qualification Requirements for Professor and Teaching Positions:

·      Higher education (Master’s degree), as well as an academic degree (including a PhD or equivalent foreign academic qualification) or academic title, along with experience in teaching, scientific research, and practical work;

·      Possession of the professional and organizational skills required for pedagogical activity, as well as relevant knowledge and abilities within the scope of their field and responsibilities;

·      Exemplary behavior, strong personal qualities, intellectual potential, and high cultural standards;

·      Leadership qualities, creative thinking, good communication, organizational, and initiative-taking abilities;

·      A strong sense of responsibility, the ability to make independent decisions and act accordingly, and the capacity to contribute to achieving the institution’s strategic goals.
