Work experience: Must have at least 3 years of experience in international cooperation at a higher education institution
Foreign language proficiency: Proficiency in Russian and English; knowledge of English at a level not lower than IELTS 7.0 or a foreign language proficiency certificate issued by the State Testing Center at the CEFR C1 level.
