Position Title: Chief Legal Counsel

Education: Higher education (Bachelor's or Master's degree) 

Specializations: Jurisprudence, Law (by activity types) (Additional points are awarded to candidates who graduated from higher educational institutions ranked within the TOP-1000.) 

Work Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in higher education and jurisprudence.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), office suite applications, internet usage.

Responsibilities: Ensuring legal support for the activities of the academy in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

Preparing draft orders, directives, contracts, agreements, regulations, internal normative documents, and other legal documents of the academy, as well as conducting their legal expertise;

Providing consultations to management and structural divisions on labor relations, legislation in the field of education, civil-law, and commercial contracts;

Representing the interests of the academy in courts, government agencies, and law enforcement agencies in the prescribed manner;

Monitoring normative legal acts, preparing legal opinions and proposals related to legislative changes;

Providing legal support during inspections, audits, and official investigations;

Organizing explanatory work and seminars aimed at increasing employees’ legal literacy.
