Procedure for accepting documents for the second and subsequent higher education at the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage for the 2024-2025 academic year
1. For admission to the second and subsequent higher education, applicants register from July 10 to August 10 (also on the same day) through a special electronic system https://my.edu.uz/ developed by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. When registering, applicants enter their personal data into a special electronic system and upload the following documents:
- a copy of a document on higher education (or an extract from a diploma - for those who graduated from higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of a state grant);
- an attached copy of the document on higher education;
In this case, diplomas of foreign educational institutions issued after January 1, 1992 must be nostrified in accordance with the established procedure.
3. Entrance exams for the second and subsequent higher education will be held in the form of an interview (in the form of an exam for educational areas where the number of registered applicants exceeds the admission quota in the established educational area) at the Higher Educational Institution from August 15 to August 25 of this year.
4. The results of admission to the second and subsequent higher education will be announced by August 30 of this year.
5. Students admitted to study based on the results of the exam (or interview) submit the original copy of the document on higher education (or an extract from the diploma (original copy) - for those who graduated from higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of a state grant) and the appendix to the document on higher education to the higher education institution.
6. A contract is drawn up between the persons recommended for study in the second and subsequent education and the higher education institution.
7. Study in the second and subsequent higher education begins from the 2nd year, regardless of the difference in subjects in the curricula.
