Academic Council’s scope includes the following:
Approval of academic programs and curricula, including new program proposals and revisions.
Monitoring and ensuring academic quality, standards, and compliance with national regulations.
Oversight of teaching and learning processes, including assessment policies and academic performance indicators.
Coordination of research activities, scholarly initiatives, and integration of research into academic programs.
Approval of academic calendars, schedules, and major academic events.
Review and endorsement of faculty appointments, promotions, and academic workloads.
Evaluation of academic reports, departmental performance, and internal quality assurance outcomes.
Decision-making on academic regulations, student progression, graduation requirements, and related academic matters.

Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs – responsible for overseeing academic policies, program quality, and coordination of teaching and learning activities.
Dean – manages faculty-level academic operations, student affairs, and coordination student affairs with departments.
Department of Academic Planning and Development of the Educational Process – responsible for curriculum planning, academic scheduling, methodological support, coordination with academic departments and development of educational processes.
