The students of group IR-224 of our university, under the guidance of assistant teacher M. Ismoilova, visited the “Afrosiyob Jeans” production enterprise in order to strengthen their theoretical knowledge with practice and to get closely acquainted with production processes.
During the visit, the students had the opportunity to observe production processes, talk with specialists, and see modern technologies in practice. They deeply felt the importance of teamwork in production. The mutual trust, discipline, and cooperation of the enterprise workers, which ensure the success of the whole process, made a great impression on the students.
These observation processes allowed the students to gain a deeper understanding of the role of information exchange, division of labor, and cooperation in production efficiency.
