Position Title: Chief Specialist of the Department of Executive Discipline, Correspondence, and Archive
Education: Higher education (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
Specializations: Jurisprudence (by activity types), Mathematics, Economics, Tourism (Additional points are awarded to candidates who graduated from higher educational institutions ranked within the TOP-1000.)
Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in higher education.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), office suite applications, internet usage.
Responsibilities:
Providing practical assistance in maintaining documentation related to executive discipline and quality control within the ministry and subordinate educational institutions, in accordance with the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan from February 12, 1999, No. 12 "On Strengthening Executive Discipline," from March 29, 1999, No. 140 "On Approval of Normative Documents on Office Work and Organization of Control over Their Implementation in State Authorities and Management Bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan," and the ministry’s order from February 18, 2015, No. 58 "On Approval of the Instruction on Office Work Organization and Control over Document Execution in the Ministry's Apparatus";
Ensuring proper accounting of incoming documents to the academy, timely registration, and transfer to responsible executors;
Controlling the correct design of outgoing documents of the academy;
Accepting documents addressed to the director of the academy, registering them, and forwarding for review and execution;
Sending documents for execution according to the director’s instructions;
Registering documents sent with the director’s signature and verifying their proper design;
Maintaining records of incoming correspondence, including templates with the academy’s requisites;
Forming combined folders with executed documents;
Preparing completed documents for archiving;
Registering directives from the director and disseminating them to executors;
Receiving, registering, and forwarding incoming and outgoing correspondence of the academy, including messages via edo.ijro.uz, e-xat, and other systems, as well as preparing and providing weekly reports for the academy’s staff meetings.
