Position Title: Head of the Academic Planning Department
Education: Higher education (Master's degree)
Specialization: Mathematics, Economics, Tourism, Management
(Candidates who have graduated from higher educational institutions listed in the TOP-1000 will be awarded additional points).
Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field of higher education.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Russian and English; knowledge of English at a level no lower than IELTS 6.0 or possession of a foreign language certificate issued by the State Testing Center at CEFR B2 level.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiarity with office software, internet use, and practical skills in working with computers.
Responsibilities for the position:
Organizing, planning, and managing the educational process within the academy (or educational institution) in accordance with applicable legislation, national educational standards, and internal regulatory documents;
Developing curricula by programs, discipline syllabi, work plans, and the academic calendar, as well as ensuring their implementation;
Creating class schedules, distributing academic workload among faculty members, and monitoring their adherence;
Preparing and formalizing orders, directives, official correspondence, reports, and analytical materials related to the educational process in accordance with established procedures;
Formulating proposals for improving the quality of education, integrating advanced pedagogical technologies, and adopting digital educational tools;
Addressing issues related to teaching staff workload, class scheduling, and resolving emerging problems within the educational process;
Coordinating the activities of the academic department during accreditation, certification, and ranking procedures;
Conducting internal monitoring of the educational process, preparing analytical reports, and presenting findings to management.
