Position: Head of International Cooperation Department.
Education: Higher (Master's).
Specialization: Tourism, International Relations, Economics, Management (candidates who graduated from a university from the TOP-1000 list will have additional advantages).
Work experience: 2 years of experience in international cooperation at a higher education institution.
Knowledge of foreign languages: Knowledge of Russian and English, a certificate of proficiency in a foreign language at the CEFR C1 level.
Computer literacy: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), office programs, ability to use the Internet and social networks.
Job responsibilities of the Head of the International Cooperation Department: Knowledge of regulatory legal acts in this specialty, preparation of an annual work plan for the department and monitoring of its timely implementation;
Strengthening cooperation with leading foreign scientific and educational institutions, analytical and research centers, international organizations;
Assistance in training employees and students abroad, conducting scientific research, exchanging experience, participating in advanced training courses and internships, as well as ensuring academic exchange of students and teachers;
Attracting highly qualified specialists with practical experience from leading foreign scientific and educational institutions, analytical and research centers, international organizations, facilitating their participation in the educational process of the university and organizing meetings with foreign delegations visiting the university;
Holding international scientific events and facilitating the participation of employees and students in scientific events and competitions (contests) held in foreign countries;
Strengthening ties with official foreign delegations, embassies, missions, consular offices and organizations, educational institutions and institutions abroad;
Participation as an expert in the preparation of foreign agreements on partnership and cooperation, determining their compliance with the interests of the university. Widely involve students and young people in activities in the field of international cooperation.
Summarize information on the university's international relations, develop proposals for their improvement and submit them to the university management.
