The Board is a structural division of the University and organizes, implements and controls the financial and economic activities of the University.
Main tasks of the Board
The main tasks of the department are the implementation of the financial and economic activities of the University, strengthening the material and technical base, landscaping and greening the territory, ensuring emergency preparedness and labor protection.
Main management functions
Carries out management and coordination of the activities of subordinate and dependent structural divisions on the basis of the order of the rector. Study the state of the material and technical base of the University, develop measures for its development and control over their implementation. Develop comprehensive measures for the improvement and greening of the territory, organize and control their high-quality implementation. Within the material and technical base of the University, expand the attraction of extra-budgetary funds by establishing additional paid services (hypography, consumer services, paid advanced training courses, rent, sponsorship, etc.), organize material incentives for the teaching staff and other employees. Develop and implement measures to prepare academic buildings, student dormitories, and other auxiliary buildings and structures of the university for the autumn-winter period and the new academic year. Review design estimates for the reconstruction and major repairs of existing buildings and structures, participate in concluding contracts, acceptance, and quality control of completed work. Develop and ensure the implementation of measures for the rational and economical use of budgetary and extra-budgetary funds, as well as utilities. Develop and implement an action plan to ensure emergency preparedness and labor protection, equipping buildings with fire-fighting equipment, and monitoring their sanitary and hygienic condition. Creation of a student canteen, buffets, a sports and fitness complex, and a medical center. Efficient use of classrooms, high-quality equipment of classrooms and laboratories with modern computer and information technologies and educational and technical equipment. Develop estimates of income and expenditure of the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan, funds received from the training of students on a fee-based contract basis, and funds earned on an entrepreneurial basis, and ensure their registration with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Formation of off-budget funds and other special off-budget funds from the training of students on a fee-based basis and control over their targeted use.
