Work Experience:

Candidates must have at least one year of professional experience in the field of higher education. (Additional points will be awarded to applicants who have graduated from higher education institutions ranked within the TOP-1000.)

Foreign Language Proficiency:

Proficiency in Russian and English is required. English language proficiency must be confirmed by an IELTS score of at least 6.0 or an equivalent certificate issued by the State Testing Center at the CEFR B2 level.

Computer Literacy:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, along with strong skills in using office software, the Internet, and social media, as well as practical experience in working online.]

Qualification Requirements for Academic (Professor–Teaching) Positions:

Must possess a higher education degree (Master’s level), as well as an academic degree (including a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree awarded by foreign institutions or other equivalent academic qualifications);

Must have substantial experience in research and practical activities, including the ability to conduct scientific research, participate in grant-funded projects, publish academic articles (including those indexed in Scopus and Web of Science databases, as well as in reputable national and international journals), develop and implement applied projects, and propose innovative ideas within their field of specialization;

Must demonstrate the professional and organizational competencies required for pedagogical activity, as well as possess relevant knowledge and skills within the scope of their professional duties and responsibilities;

Must be proficient in working with HEMIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS), including the ability to manage the educational process through digital platforms, upload course materials, conduct assessment procedures, monitor student engagement, and effectively utilize distance learning technologies.
