The “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage announces that the acceptance of documents for applicants who wish to take qualification examinations in the specialty 08.00.17 – “Tourism and Hotel Management” is currently ongoing.

Applicants are required to submit the following documents to the University’s Research Department and send them to the email address: n.sh.mansurova@gmail.com:

• Referral letter

• Copy of passport (2 copies)

• Brief biographical information (CV)

• Application

• Copy of the journal “OAK Bulletin” where the doctoral dissertation was published (indicating date and issue number)

• Information about the qualification exam applicant (a sample form is attached)

• Abstract of the dissertation (autoreferat)

Documents will be accepted until April 30, 2026.

The qualification examination in the specialty subject for 08.00.17 – “Tourism and Hotel Management” will be conducted in accordance with the Regulation “On the Procedure for Conducting Qualification Examinations,” approved by Resolution No. 220/2 of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 17, 2016, as well as in accordance with the qualification examination program for the specialty 08.00.17 – “Tourism and Hotel Management” (the program is attached).

Additional information regarding the date and time of the qualification examinations will be announced separately.
