The republican contest “Most Active Student of the Year – 2025” has been announced.
The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, together with the Center for Increasing the Social Activity of Students and Pupils under the Ministry, in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture, the Youth Affairs Agency, the Academy of Sciences, and the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, announces the republican contest “Most Active Student of the Year – 2025.”
Students studying full-time (without academic leave) in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years of higher education institutions may take part in the contest. Students who have previously participated and won 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place in past years are not allowed to participate again.
Winners will be determined in the following 7 nominations:
The most knowledgeable student of the year in their specialty;
The most active promoter student of the year;
The most active inventor-innovator student of the year;
The most active athlete student of the year;
The most talented student of the year (in painting, graphics, design, applied arts, sculpture);
The most creative student of the year;
The most active entrepreneur student of the year (for female students).
Winners who take top places in the first (university) stage will be awarded with the honorary certificate of the higher education institution and cash prizes in the amount of 8, 6, and 4 times the basic calculation amount, respectively.
National winners will receive a diploma from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, a special statuette, and cash prizes in the amount of 15 times (for 1st place), 10 times (for 2nd place), and 8 times (for 3rd place) the basic calculation amount.
Documents are accepted by tutors of the Department for Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Enlightenment (room 237) until November 11 of this year.
