An organizational meeting was held at the International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage “Silk Road” with volunteer students who will serve at the International "Sister Cities" Forum.

During the meeting, Deputy Governor of Samarkand Region Rustam Qobilov and Head of the Department for Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Enlightenment of the University Nargiza Abduvaxidova provided the volunteer students with the necessary recommendations and explanations on organizing the forum at a high level, properly welcoming guests, service culture, communication ethics, as well as responsibility and discipline in volunteer activities.

It was also emphasized that each volunteer's responsibilities and duties during the forum, as well as the importance of достойно representing the reputation of the University and our country while working with international guests, are of particular significance.

At the end of the meeting, the volunteer students received answers to their questions and expressed their readiness to contribute to the successful organization of the forum.
