Under the guidance of N. Sultanova, a lecturer of the Department of International Business and Creative Economy, a meaningful and sincere meeting was held between students of the ManTour-uzb-Sam group and A. Bakhramov, the founder of the Palma company in Samarkand.
At the beginning, the students familiarized themselves with the company’s activities and received detailed information about the opportunities created for employees, existing working conditions, management processes, and the creative environment. They also exchanged views and observed practical processes in various directions of the company.
During the meeting, our students studied the company’s strategic approaches and future plans. They were given valuable advice on engaging in business and entrepreneurial activities. By the end of the visit, our students gained a broader and deeper understanding of business fields and entrepreneurial practice.
