Applications for participation in the redistribution of state grants for the next academic year (for retaining a grant or transferring from a tuition-based contract to a state grant) through the HEMIS system are still being accepted.
Students who have successfully completed the 1st or 2nd year of study at higher education institutions are eligible to participate in this process.
According to the relevant Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers (No. 149, dated March 10, 2025), the Regulation on the Procedure for Awarding and Redistributing State Grants to Students in Higher Education Institutions has been approved.
