Dear Students! The Department of Translation and Interpreting studies is pleased to announce the Olympiad 2025, on the Theory and translation practice.Which is a competitive and prestigious academic contest aimed to identify and recognize talented undergraduate students in the field of translation and language interpreting.

Olympiad Structure:

Round 1: Theory and translation basis (50 points)

•13 multiple choice questions (26 points)

•Written texts practice 4 tasks ( 24 points)

Round 2: Practical (50 points)

Oral translation (passages)

•2 Passages (30 points)

•Vocabulary terms

10 terms(20 points)

Eligibility:

• Open to all undergraduate students of the university.

• Subjects: Translation studies.

🥇 1st Place: Diploma + Certificate + Commemorative Gift

🥈 2nd & 3rd Places: Diplomas + Certificates + Commemorative Gift
