Today, on 12 May, the psychologist of “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage Dildora Turdieva, conducted a psychological training within the framework of the round table on “Prevention of early marriages and marriages between relatives” organised by the Samarkand Regional Information and Library Centre named after A.S. Pushkin.
At the event, representatives of the sphere made a speech about the sanctity of the family, the role of women in society, the duties and responsibilities of spouses in the family, and the legal and religious aspects of the topic. In turn, the psychologist expressed the opinion that in order for a family to be happy and prosperous, a woman must love herself. To love oneself means to accept oneself, to appreciate oneself, to recognise all one’s mistakes, to stop fighting with oneself, and this is by no means an identification with egoism.
Psychological techniques and exercises allowed to understand and analyse the participants self-esteem and attitude to themselves. The training gave all participants positive emotions and great motivation.
