At the initiative of the regional governor A. Boboyev, “Open Day” events have been held from April 28 to May 1 at higher education institutions in Samarkand for graduates of all general secondary schools in the region.
Within this initiative, about 350 graduates from schools in the Paxtachi district visited the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage as part of the “Open Day.”
During the visit, school graduates became thoroughly familiar with the university’s activities and educational processes. Guests were provided with detailed information about the modern conditions created at the university and the opportunities available for students.
In particular, the English-language education process, tourism laboratories, and language labs made a strong impression on the visitors, inspiring in them the dream and confidence: “I will become a student of this university.”
