On May 30, 2025, a joint ikebana workshop — one of the essential aspects of Japanese national culture — was held at the ''Silk Road'' International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage. The event brought together students learning Japanese and those from the Faculty of Eastern Languages of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages. Participants created aesthetically pleasing floral compositions. The workshop helped enhance creative skills, deepen understanding of Japanese culture, and foster patience, a sense of beauty, and inner harmony. The workshop sparked great interest among students.
