On April 11–12 of this year, a special 6-hour training seminar was organized at the Samarkand district administration for employees operating in the "Ohalik-Oqboyro-Mironqul" tourist-recreational zone. The seminar was held in accordance with a training program developed by the''Silk Road'' International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage and was conducted by the university’s professors.
The seminar covered the topics of “Service Quality and Pricing Policy” and “Types of Planning to Meet Customer Demand.”
A total of 24 participants took part in the event, including the district governor Usmanov Sirojiddin Khayrullaevich, local mahalla chairpersons located in the tourist-recreational zone, deputy governors, and entrepreneurs.
The seminars are conducted by highly qualified professors from the university’s Department of Tourism.
For information: A total of 13 training seminars, amounting to 78 hours, are planned for the participants in accordance with the training program.
