Integration of Theory and Practice: Students Explore Hotel Operations Firsthand

On October 21 of this year, Dilrabo Mardonova, a lecturer at the Tourism Department of our university, along with students from group TH-226, conducted a practical visit to the Amar Hotel.

During the visit, students learned firsthand about the reception and registration of guests, the E-Mehmon system used during check-in procedures, Property Management Systems (PMS), and other digital platforms used in hotel management.

They also gained practical knowledge and skills regarding guest registration phases, correct data entry into management systems, handling guest documentation, and the effective use of modern information technologies.

This practical visit allowed students to directly observe hotel reception operations, analyze registration workflows, and understand the critical role of digital technologies in elevating service quality.
