On October 11, the staff and students of the ''Silk Road'' International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage conducted a survey among foreign visitors to identify their main interests, issues and shortcomings in services, as well as achievements in the field.
Based on the results of the survey, the suggestions and interests expressed by the guests, along with the identified shortcomings in the sector, were analyzed, and relevant proposals were submitted to the respective representatives of the field.
