on April 11–12 of this year, professors and teachers of the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage organized, in the Samarkand district hokimiyat (administration), for employees working in the “Ohalik-Oqboyro-Mironqul” tourist-recreational zone, a special six-hour training seminar in accordance with the training program developed by the university, on the topics “Service Quality and Pricing Policy” and “Types of Planning in Meeting Customer Demand.”
In the seminar participated the District Hokim Usmanov Sirojiddin Khairullaevich, chairmen of mahallas located in the tourist-recreational zone, assistants to the hokim, and entrepreneurs — a total of 24 participants.
The seminars are conducted by highly qualified professors and teachers of the university’s Department of Tourism.
