The Software Engineering Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is one of China’s leading research institutes in the field of software engineering. During the visit, the Center’s Director introduced the history of the institute’s establishment and its main areas of activity.
Professor Tongqian Zou and Director Wang discussed potential areas of cooperation between the two institutions. Particular attention was given to establishing a research institute in information technologies and their applications, creating a joint laboratory on digital heritage and smart tourism, as well as developing staff exchange programs.
