We begin the day with good news. On June 14, 2025, the latest round of the “Chinese Bridge” competition was held at the Confucius Institute of the Uzbek-Chinese Institute under the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, initiated by the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Uzbekistan. Numerous talented teachers and students were recognized and awarded during the event.
Hamdamova Charos, a lecturer at the Department of Translation and Interpreting Studies, was recognized as one of the winners of the competition. In a formal ceremony, she was awarded the honorary title of “Excellence in Education” and a commemorative gift by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Uzbekistan.
