Members of a prestigious delegation led by the Secretary-General of the World Tourism Organization (UN Tourism), Shaikha Nasser Al Nowais, first visited the Shah-i-Zinda complex. After that, they became acquainted with the craftsmanship of artisans and the living history of national handicrafts at the Hunarmandlar Center.
One of the brightest moments of the visit was undoubtedly the evening walk at Registan Square. As darkness fell, it seemed as if history was breathing in every stone of the square. The ancient monuments, intricate carvings, and the grandeur of architecture amazed the guests. However, the main miracle of the evening — the laser show and the illuminated Registan under night lights — left everyone astonished.
While exploring the conditions created for tourists in this eternal city, the delegation members particularly emphasized the comprehensive and well-thought-out nature of Uzbekistan’s tourism potential.
