In accordance with the order No. 02/17-53 of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 11, 2025, a competition of scientific articles on the topic “Constitution - the guarantee of a free and prosperous life” is being organized at the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage among students, masters, researchers, and doctoral students. Bachelor's and master's students of the university, researchers, and doctoral students, regardless of their group and course, can participate in the competition. Articles are accepted in the competition in Uzbek, Russian, or English. The first three articles recognized as the best will be awarded with certificates by the university administration.

Requirements for the design of the article text:

- the text of the article must be edited in the following format: Times New Roman font, font size 14, single spacing, 3-5 pages;

- the author's full name, surname, course and group, phone number and email address must be indicated above the topic of the lecture.

- after the topic, an abstract, keywords in three languages (Uzbek, Russian, English) and the content are given.

- at the end of the article, a separate scientific and theoretical proposal and recommendation must be made;

- text borders on the page: top - 2 cm, bottom - 2 cm, right – 1.5 cm, left - 3 cm;

- the text of the article is provided in 1 copy in printed form and in electronic doc or docx format.

Deadline: articles are accepted until November 25, 2025.

Note: Works that do not meet the requirements, do not have practical recommendations, and are submitted late will not be included and will not be returned to the author.
