On October 20, 2025, the ’’Silk Road’’ International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage will host a scientific-practical seminar on the topic:
“Writing and Formalizing Scientific Projects”

During the seminar, participants will gain detailed insights into how to prepare scientific and grant projects, complete the necessary documentation, pass the expert review process, and explore opportunities for commercialization of innovative research.

 Invited Speakers:

·         Mr. Khayrillo Khaydarov — Head of the Department for Commercialization of Innovative Developments and Patent Licensing, Samarkand State University named after Sharof Rashidov;

·         Mr. Zafar Umarov — Senior Specialist of the Department for Commercialization of Innovative Developments and Patent Licensing, Samarkand State University named after Sharof Rashidov.

Purpose of the Seminar:
To enhance the knowledge and skills of university faculty members and researchers in preparing scientific projects, participating in national and international grant competitions, and developing the ability to commercialize innovative ideas.
