ANNOUNCEMENT

In accordance with Resolution No. 109 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 18, 2026, relevant measures have been established to digitalize work processes in the activities of central and local executive authorities and to regulate the use of paper.

According to Clause 8 of Annex 2 to the Resolution, the 15th day of each month has been designated as the day of the “One Day Without Paper” environmental campaign.

In this regard, we encourage all professors, teaching staff, and employees of the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage to actively participate in this initiative.

On the 15th of each month, it is recommended to:

  • conduct documentation primarily in electronic format whenever possible;

  • reduce the use of paper;

  • make effective use of digital technologies in work processes.

Reducing paper consumption is an important step towards protecting the environment and developing modern digital work processes.

“One Day Without Paper” — a one-day initiative, but its benefits are for the future!

We encourage everyone to actively participate in this environmental campaign!
