At the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, a spiritual-educational event was held under the theme “My Native Language – Pride of the Nation, Honor in the Heart!”
The event was opened by Nargiza Abduvakhidova, Head of the Department for Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Enlightenment, who emphasized the role of the Uzbek language in expressing national identity, its historical roots, and its current significance as the state language.
During the event, the Uzbek language was recognized as a language with an ancient history, great culture, and a heritage that has produced many prominent scholars. The festive event featured songs and melodies praising the native language, and a video clip titled “Ona tilim – omon bo‘l” (“My Native Language – Be Safe”) was presented.
