On December 18, 2025, a delegation from the Chinese Academy of Sciences led by Dr. Qinxue Wang, along with representatives of the National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES), paid a visit to our university. As part of the visit, Dr. Qinxue Wang delivered a lecture on monitoring climate change in the grasslands of Mongolia, while Professor Yonghui Yang spoke on water conservation in China’s arid regions and its impact on agriculture.
The lectures were received with great interest by students and faculty members, enriching discussions with valuable scientific insights on climate change, environmental adaptation, and sustainable water resource management. The visit concluded with a question-and-answer session and discussions on future scientific cooperation.
