Another session of the online training seminar on hospitality and service culture, organized for entrepreneurs of the Fergana tourist-recreational zone, was held.
This educational event was organized within the framework of implementing the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 12, 2026, “On measures to establish the Fergana tourist-recreational zone.” Based on the approved schedule by the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Fergana regional administration, professors and instructors of the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage conducted a 10-hour training seminar from March 30 to April 3 for entrepreneurs operating in the Chimyon sanatorium-resort zone of the Fergana region.
The seminar was conducted in accordance with the approved curriculum, covering topics such as hospitality ethics, modern service standards, customer communication culture, and enhancing the region’s tourism potential. The sessions were delivered using practical examples and interactive methods.
