On November 3, 2025, a delegation led by Professor Gong Yu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing City University, visited our university. The guests were welcomed by the First Vice-Rector for Administrative Affairs, D. Nasimov.
During the meeting, the parties discussed further expansion of mutual cooperation between the two universities, particularly the joint establishment of an International Center for Cultural Heritage. The university administration highly appreciated this initiative, emphasizing that the center would play an important role in strengthening cultural and scientific relations between the two universities.
In addition, during the discussions, both sides exchanged views on opportunities to expand cooperation in the fields of education, scientific research, and cultural exchange.
The meeting was also attended by the Vice-Rector for Scientific Research, Professor T. Zou, and other representatives.
The guests also discussed launching joint projects and future prospects for cooperation with the “Silk Road” International Research Institute in the field of scientific research.
