In accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 12, 2026, “On measures to establish the Fergana tourist and recreational zone,” practical measures are being implemented to improve hospitality and service quality in the region.
To ensure the implementation of this resolution, professors and teachers of the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage organized a 20-hour training seminar scheduled for February 9–13 for entrepreneurs working in the tourism sector and young people interested in tourism in the Shohimardon mahalla of the Fergana region.
The seminar was conducted based on an approved training program covering hospitality ethics, modern service standards, customer communication culture, and issues related to increasing regional tourism potential. The training sessions were conducted using practical examples and interactive methods.
This event contributes to improving service quality in the region and increasing the attractiveness of the Fergana tourist and recreational zone.
