On June 30, 2025, as a logical continuation of the “Youth Day” event, a solemn graduation ceremony was held for the graduates of the ‘’Silk Road’’ International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage at the Samarkand tourism center.

The festive event was attended by the university leadership, representatives of major employers, graduates who successfully completed bachelor’s and master’s programs during the 2024–2025 academic year, and their parents. This year, 120 students from full-time programs, 145 students from part-time programs, and 185 students from the master’s level successfully graduated. In addition, 66 international students from 16 countries also received diplomas.

In his speech, the university rector, Aziz Abdukhakimov, wished all graduates great success in their future endeavors. He also spoke about the university’s achievements over the past academic year, international cooperation projects, and the contribution of graduates to the country’s development.

Today, graduates of this university are working selflessly in the fields of tourism and cultural heritage in our country, making a worthy contribution to the development of society. It is pleasing that our talented graduates, Sabina Mustafakulova and Albina Kholiyeva, have been admitted to the master’s program at the prestigious University of Glasgow in the United Kingdom. Additionally, four more graduates have the opportunity to continue their studies at the renowned Beijing International Studies University in China.

During the event, the graduates expressed their gratitude and deep respect to the teachers and the university staff who nurtured them into accomplished individuals in the path of knowledge.

At the end of the ceremony, all graduates were solemnly awarded their diplomas.
