Within the framework of the 43rd session of the UNESCO General Assembly, a solemn meeting was organized in honor of the Ambassador of the Republic of Bangladesh to Uzbekistan, Dr. Mohammad Monirul, and the Minister of Education of this country, Chowdhury Rafiqul Abrar.
The representatives of leading higher educational institutions of Samarkand city took part in the event.
During the meeting, the Minister of Education of Bangladesh spoke about the ongoing practical work aimed at expanding scientific cooperation and relations in the field of education between Bangladesh and Uzbekistan, as well as developing joint initiatives.
The event became an important platform for discussing prospects for further strengthening cooperation between higher educational institutions of the two countries, conducting joint scientific research, exchanging experiences between professors, teachers, and students, and expanding cultural relations.
