At the International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage “Silk Road”, a comprehensive presentation involving higher education institutions of the Samarkand region was organized to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-207 dated November 3, 2025, "On Comprehensive Measures for the Effective Protection of Public Health and the Nation's Gene Pool from Drug Abuse and Drug-Related Crimes."

The main purpose of the event was to widely promote a healthy lifestyle among young people, raise their awareness of the harmful consequences of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, and implement comprehensive measures in cooperation with all higher education institutions of the region to effectively protect students from drug-related crimes.
