A seminar-training was organized by the Department for Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Enlightenment of the International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage “Silk Road” with the participation of the University's tutors.

During the seminar, the content of the article by the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Kongratbay Sharipov, published in the first issue of the scientific and practical electronic journal "Tutor", was discussed in detail. The participants considered the ideas put forward in the article, as well as the issues of implementing in tutors' activities the tasks aimed at further improving the tutor institution, increasing the effectiveness of work with students, strengthening spiritual and educational activities, and developing an individual approach.

During the seminar, recommendations were provided on:

organizing tutor activities effectively;

improving mechanisms for individual work with students;

increasing the social activity of young people;

enhancing the quality of spiritual and educational work;

introducing advanced practices into practical activities.

At the end of the event, the proposals and opinions expressed by the tutors were heard, and views were exchanged on the priority tasks to be implemented in the future.

Such seminars contribute to enhancing the professional capacity of tutors and further improving the system of working with students.
