The “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage is steadily developing its international partnerships and creating broad opportunities for students to gain knowledge and practical experience at prestigious foreign educational institutions and leading hotel chains.
In particular, Rustam Erkinov, a fourth-year student of the university, studied at the Nanjing Institute of Tourism and Hospitality in the People’s Republic of China, where he strengthened his theoretical knowledge in an international academic environment. In addition, he successfully completed an industrial internship at the world-famous Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai hotel, where he gained advanced skills in hotel management, service operations, and hospitality.
These educational and internship experiences played an important role in enhancing the student’s professional potential and shaping him into a specialist who meets the demands of the international labor market. Such international programs clearly reflect the university’s strategy aimed at training competitive professionals.
