On August 1, 2026, the “Startup Projects” competition was held at the Samarkand Youth Technopark to support young people's innovative ideas and startup initiatives, organize their free time meaningfully, and develop their knowledge and skills in modern technologies. In the competition, Rohila Jahonova, a student of the International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage “Silk Road,” won second place.

During the competition, participants presented their projects, which were evaluated based on the practical significance of their innovative solutions, economic efficiency, and benefits to society. In addition, the participants' creative thinking, modern approach to problem-solving, and entrepreneurial potential were highly recognized.
