Artificial Intelligence and Digital Tourism: An Info Tour Was Held for Students of the International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage “Silk Road”

An info tour dedicated to artificial intelligence, digital technologies, and creative industries was organized for students of the International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage “Silk Road”. The event was organized by the Future Lab by NAZAAR Innovation Group laboratory within the framework of the cooperation memorandum between the University and NAZAAR Innovation Group.

During the info tour, the students became acquainted with the Magic Mirror interactive installation and the NazzAR Bobo digital character. During the event, the University's Rector Muhsinjon Kholmukhamedov and the founder of NAZAAR Innovation Group, Bobur Rahimov, spoke about smart tourism, the digitalization of cultural heritage, and the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence.

During the practical session, the students became familiar with the activities of the AI/AR/VR Lab, the startup ecosystem, virtual and augmented reality solutions, as well as the processes of 3D modeling and digitalization of cultural heritage sites.

In addition, according to the memorandum signed between the University and Future Lab by NAZAAR Innovation Group, students will have the opportunity to undertake internships in modern laboratories, participate in joint innovative projects, and implement initiatives in the field of digital tourism.
