In order to implement Resolution No. PQ–269 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 18, 2024, the next group — Group 5 — studied from November 2025 to February 2026 and successfully completed a 16-week intensive, comprehensive, and high-quality training program. The classes were conducted by experienced professors, qualified tour guides, and tourism industry specialists.
The participants not only gained theoretical knowledge but also had the opportunity to provide services as tour guides at historical and cultural sites in the Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khorezm regions, as well as in the cities of Tashkent and Shahrisabz.
Today, on April 1, the Rector of the university, Muhsinjon Kholmukhamedov, ceremonially awarded “Tour Guide” diplomas to the participants of Group 5. This important event is not only a recognition of their hard work but also a testament to the emergence of a new generation of specialists who will make a meaningful contribution to the sustainable development of tourism in our country.
