Today, on November 6, at the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, an event was organized for 2nd-year students in cooperation with psychologist D. Turdiyeva and tutor P. Islomov.
The purpose of this event was to lift students’ spirits before the autumn exams, to teach them to manage their emotions, and to help them be emotionally stable.
Also, effective psychological methods in this direction were used and applied in practice.
