At the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, a Rector’s Cup swimming competition was organized among local and international students as part of the “Five Important Initiatives” and the “Important 90 Days” program. The aim of this competition was to promote a healthy lifestyle among youth, foster friendship, solidarity, and a spirit of sportsmanship.
Students from various faculties of the university, both from Uzbekistan and abroad, actively participated in the competitions. During the event, participants demonstrated their swimming skills. The winners were determined by a panel of judges and were awarded honorary diplomas and memorable gifts.
The event also focused on promoting sports among students, encouraging meaningful leisure activities, and increasing their social engagement.
